How to make a magazine cover with photoshop? It is very easy to friends, we just follow the steps as follows:

Click File> New or Ctrl + N, and look like the image below:

select rechtangular marquee and then right click> free transform

Do the same for photos Khadafi and Liverpool, Set in such a way as to cover more interesting.

Select add layer styles in the bottom corner of your screen and select blending options

and set as follows:

Right click on the layer 3> copy layer style> paste the layer style to the layer 2.
then will be found the same layer like this:

For a photo layout I think enough, now it's time to write a text like: title and description magazines.
I began by writing magazine titles
 
Select the horizontal type tool> click on the workspace> write magazine titles
Click the check mark on the top right corner of your screen, to set the text to use toggle the character andparagraph palletes

Set like this:

Duplicate the layer to create a shadow
Select the Horizontal Type Tool> Replace black color like this (Use the color choice in the top right corner of your screen):

Make writing a description of your magazine as before. do it with feeling so that you will get the magazine cover that sells.
